Park City Film Studios® (PCFS) is a mixed use development (374,000 sq. ft.) of vested zoning which includes carefully designed world class motion picture and network television facilities (total 154,325 sq. ft.) and supporting commercial mixed use space (total 219,675 sq. ft.).

Motion Picture and Television Complex
The motion picture and television production complex shown below is a secure area consisting of 154,325 sq. ft. Phase 1A is now complete and includes three sound stages (bldg. 7), workshop/mill (bldg. 7a), production offices (bldg. 7b), long-term office space (bldg. 7c), and guard station (bldg. 9).

Virtual Stage at our Annex Location
The virtual stage at our annex facility is used primarily for educational purposes in support of Utah Valley University’s film and digital media program. The annex facility is also serving third-party client productions.

Future Phase Development
Next phase development is in active planning. Below is a conceptual drawing of buildings 6 and 6a. At build-out, PCFS will encompass a creative campus of more than 374,000 square feet of gross building area.

The Studio Village at PCFS is part of next phase development. The Studio Village will include additional stages, post production facilities, and a creative hub and commissary to support the film studio’s production clients, the Park City Film School, local festivals, and creative professionals in the region.
